Key Responsibilities:

Drive Business Ops, monitor and improve key operational metrics
Analyze operational & business data to identify trends, gaps, and improvement areas.
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports and dashboards.
Work closely with cross functional departments to resolve issues and improve service quality.
Assisting in defining SOPs, tracking, ensuring adherence & execution
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (product, Business Development, support, CRM, etc.).
Ensure adherence to operational standards and policies.
