About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven to drive property sales, manage client relationships, and contribute to business growth. The role involves end-to-end salesfrom lead generation and site visits to deal closure and customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities

  • Generate leads through various channels, including referrals and events
  • Conduct site visits and present project offerings to clients
  • Understand client needs and recommend suitable property investments

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales/customer relationship management
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment
  • Leadership and team collaboration skills
  • Bachelors degree (MBA preferred)
  • Real estate experience is an advantage
