Assistant Manager

What Youll Do

HR Operations

• Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle (onboarding to exit)
• Ensure smooth execution of HR operations, payroll inputs & HRMS updates
• Maintain employee records, MIS, and HR dashboards

Employee Relations & Engagement

• Act as a trusted HR partner for employee queries and concerns
• Drive employee engagement initiatives and culture-building programs
• Handle grievance resolution and foster a positive work environment

Recruitment & Talent Support

• Support end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing to onboarding)
• Coordinate with hiring managers and ensure smooth hiring experience
• Build talent pipelines and enhance candidate experience

HR Policy & Process Implementation

• Ensure adherence to HR policies, SOPs & compliance requirements
• Drive implementation and continuous improvement of HR processes
• Support audits, documentation, and policy communication

Local Administration (Hyderabad Office)

• Oversee office administration and facility management
• Coordinate with vendors (housekeeping, security, etc.)
• Ensure smooth functioning of workplace operations

Communication & Stakeholder Management

• Deliver clear and effective HR communication across teams
• Conduct trainings, inductions, and employee sessions
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align HR initiatives with business goals

What Were Looking For

• MBA / PGDM in HR (or equivalent)
• 48 years of experience in HR Operations / HR Generalist role
• Strong knowledge of:
• HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle
• Employee Relations & Engagement
• Recruitment coordination
• HR Policies & compliance
• Hands-on experience with HRMS (SAP / Workday / Darwinbox, etc.)
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
