Desired Experience & Exposure: -

Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a financial services or trading-related role, with exposure to financial instruments and trade processing.

Market Knowledge: Familiarity with fixed income markets and relevant financial products.

Co-ordination: Experience working in a cross-functional team environment, ensuring effective

communication and co-ordination with various departments (Dealers, Operations, Insti-desk, G-sec

desk).

Problem-Solving: Proven ability to troubleshoot issues, think analytically, and work efficiently under pressure to meet client/team members needs and operational deadlines.

Client Service: Exposure to client-facing roles with experience addressing client queries, managing expectations, and providing superior customer service.

Job Description:-

Trade Management: Oversee and process fixed income trades, including the preparation of quotes

and ensuring timely settlement.

Market Monitoring: Track and analyse market movements to provide timely updates on offer levels.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with dealing, sales, and operations teams to ensure smooth and

efficient trade processing and execution.

Client Interaction: Engage with corporate treasuries and family office to place fixed income

products, respond to their inquiries, address issues and providing clear, prompt resolutions.

Documentation: Maintain accurate and organized databases, prepare research materials, and ensure all transaction records are correctly documented.

Mandatory Skills:-

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Analytical Skills: Strong quantitative and analytical abilities to process and interpret financial data.

Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey

complex information clearly and concisely.

Adaptability: Ability to work effectively with colleagues across different levels of experience and

expertise.

Desired Skills:-

Basic understanding of bond markets and associated instruments.

Familiarity with third-party investment products such as Fixed Deposits (FDs), 54EC bonds, FRSB,

Mutual Funds (MFs), AIF, PMS, etc.
