Policybazaar is hiring an experienced Assistant Manager Voice Process (Outbound Sales) to lead and manage a team of telesales / inside sales executives, drive performance, and ensure operational excellence in a fast-paced BPO environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage an outbound telesales / inside sales team
- Drive team performance, productivity, and sales target achievement
- Monitor and control attrition and shrinkage
- Conduct regular coaching, feedback, and performance reviews
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and sales processes
- Track KPIs, MIS reports, and team dashboards
- Handle team escalations and support issue resolution
- Collaborate with internal teams for process improvements
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 6 years of experience in Voice Process / BPO (Outbound Sales)
- Telesales / Inside Sales experience is mandatory
- Must have experience in outbound sales process
- Minimum 2 years of team handling experience (mandatory)
- Strong experience in managing attrition and shrinkage
- Experience in handling outbound telesales / inside sales teams
- Strong understanding of call center metrics (AHT, conversion, productivity, etc.)
- Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Immediate joiners / 15 days notice period preferred
