Job Description
Job Overview:
Policybazaar is hiring an experienced Assistant Manager Telesales (B2C) for the iCall process to lead and manage a high-performing sales team, drive revenue, and ensure operational excellence in a target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a B2C / telesales team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets
- Monitor team performance, productivity, and conversions
- Conduct regular coaching, feedback, and performance improvement sessions
- Implement strategies to improve sales conversion and revenue growth
- Track and manage KPIs, MIS reports, and performance dashboards
- Handle team escalations and ensure customer satisfaction
- Ensure adherence to process, compliance, and quality standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for process improvements
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 6 years of experience in B2C Sales / Telesales
- Team handling experience is mandatory (TL / AM level preferred)
- Strong understanding of sales metrics (conversion, productivity, AHT, etc.)
- Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Candidates with immediate availability or up to 15 days notice period preferred
