Assistant Manager

Job Overview:

Policybazaar is hiring an experienced Assistant Manager Telesales (B2C) for the iCall process to lead and manage a high-performing sales team, drive revenue, and ensure operational excellence in a target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a B2C / telesales team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets
• Monitor team performance, productivity, and conversions
• Conduct regular coaching, feedback, and performance improvement sessions
• Implement strategies to improve sales conversion and revenue growth
• Track and manage KPIs, MIS reports, and performance dashboards
• Handle team escalations and ensure customer satisfaction
• Ensure adherence to process, compliance, and quality standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for process improvements

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 6 years of experience in B2C Sales / Telesales
• Team handling experience is mandatory (TL / AM level preferred)
• Strong understanding of sales metrics (conversion, productivity, AHT, etc.)
• Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Candidates with immediate availability or up to 15 days notice period preferred
