    Monthly , Annualy form reports submission to government body
   
Admin
 Time office related activity 
 Contractual manpower service Management
   Internal Customer Satisfaction
   Hygein and House keeping Management
   Enviornment protection by maintaing green belt & Plant survival

HR
Capability chart of each emloyee and indentify trainging need 
Training and devlopment of employees 
Motivation activity for employees
