About Swiggy:
Swiggy is seeking a highly motivated individual for the role of Assistant Manager - Payment & Partnership within the central growth team. This role will focus on driving affordability and enhancing user experience across Swiggys key business verticals, including Food Delivery, Instamart, and Dineout. The role involves working closely with payment partners and internal stakeholders to execute high-impact initiatives, scale existing partnerships, and contribute to overall growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, Onboarding and management of payment partners, contributing to building strong and sustainable collaborations
- Execute payment offers across Swiggy platforms to drive affordability and improve user conversion
- Track and analyze performance of partner-led initiatives, and identify opportunities for optimization
- Coordinate with internal teams (Growth, Marketing, Product, Finance) to ensure timely and effective execution of campaigns and offers
- Drive visibility of payment offers across owned channels, including on-app and off-app platforms
- Work with growth teams to plan and execute payment-led campaigns for key events and sale periods
- Assist in identifying new opportunities to improve partner engagement and enhance utilization of payment channels
- Support implementation of new initiatives aimed at driving incrementality and improving user experience.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in partnerships roles within Banking, Fintech, or E-commerce
- Experience in managing Banking and Fintech partners is a plus.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to track metrics and derive actionable insights
- Good understanding of the banking / payments ecosystem is a plus.
- Strong execution skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workstreams
- Ownership mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders
