Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Person should have exposure of dealing with client
• Shall able to develop operational sales
• Shall be able to handle 50+ Team including client managers and Sr engineers
• Will be responsible & committed for achievement of business unit sales target
• Will be first-in-line of Product inspection in BU
• Responsible for overall Sales and Operations of North region.
• Clients Coordination including review meetings
• Projects planning, Team development and skill enhancement
• Manpower handling
• Vendor development for operation/execution of product inspection
• Support/identification in hiring qualified person as per requirement
• Responsible for execution of jobs includes quality aspect
• Additional Knowledge / Skills (If any)
• Technical discussion with vendors and clients
• Customer complaints handling
• Invoicing & Account receivables / collection
• System compliance of internal & external.
• Person should be involve & support for business unit sales & operation planning of individual as 5+ Cr & team 15+ Cr

Education

Graduate Mechanical Engineering having 6-8 years experience Business Devlopment, Operation-Management, Regional-Sales, Customer-Management, Team Building, Team-Development ,P&-L-Management, Operational-Sales
