Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for an Assistant Manager - HR Operations. In this position, you will oversee day-to-day HR operations, Hiring, develop and implement HR policies, manage employee relations, and ensure compliance with organizational and legal requirements. You will play a key role in fostering a positive workplace culture, managing HR processes, and supporting the end-to-end employee lifecycle within the organization.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) operations and HR management
• Experience in Hiring
• Experience in designing and implementing HR policies
• Strong skills in employee relations and conflict resolution
• Ability to manage and optimize HR processes efficiently
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Familiarity with statutory compliance and labor laws in India
• Prior experience in an HR management or operations role is preferred
