Assistant Manager

The incumbent would be part of System Support Portfolio will require to manage multiple markets and systems on Production Support process in EMEA / JAPA and LAC regions. Will require to manage multiple finance systems

The incumbent would be part of System Support and Projects team and shall be responsible for following

• :Manage multiple markets and systems on Production Support process in JAPA /EMEA & US LA
• CManage and deliver on multiple small projects basis customer and organization requirement
• .Support projects involving new product development, system upgrades and platform changes
• .Customer, Technology, third party Partner engagement and relationship management
• .Problem solving and designing solutions for gaps/issues in proces
• sSupport driving standardization, improvement, re-engineering / cost effectiveness initiatives through process improvement suggestion
• sWork in diverse challenging environment and offer consultation and solutions
• .Support change management initiatives, system upgrades and implementations
• .Adherence to Controls and compliance as per company policy and norm
