Job Title : Assistant Manager - Business Strategy

Job Purpose

The role will support strategic business initiatives, digital transformation projects, and mobile/web application management to drive business growth, customer engagement, and digital adoption.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage business strategy projects and digital initiatives including mobile/web applications.
• Support strategic planning, market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and business performance evaluation.
• Identify growth opportunities, digital channel enhancements, and customer experience improvements.
• Drive mobile app and website roadmap, enhancements, UAT, launch, tracking, and monitoring activities.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including product, finance, operations, marketing, IT, and external vendors.
• Track KPIs related to business growth, customer acquisition, engagement, and digital adoption.
• Conduct market research, monitor industry trends, and assess regulatory developments including IRDAI guidelines.
• Manage vendor coordination, requirement gathering, RFP processes, and project sign-offs.
• Handle project documentation, audit-related activities, and reporting requirements.

Required Skills

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience in mobile app/product management and stakeholder coordination.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Prior BFSI experience is mandatory; Insurance domain experience preferred.
• Understanding of digital business initiatives and customer engagement strategies preferred.
