Role Overview

The Assistant Manager Data Analytics will drive data-driven decision making across retail, merchandising, and supply chain functions. The role involves analyzing sales, customer, and inventory data to generate actionable insights that improve business performance.

Key Responsibilities

Data Analysis & Insights

• Analyze sales performance across EBOs, regions, categories, and SKUs.
• Identify trends in customer behavior, product performance, and store productivity.
• Generate insights to support merchandising, pricing, and assortment decisions.

Business Reporting

• Develop and maintain dashboards and automated reports for key business metrics.
• Monitor KPIs such as sales growth, conversion rate, average bill value, sell-through, and inventory turnover.

Predictive & Trend Analysis

• Support demand forecasting and sales planning.
• Conduct deep-dive analysis for promotions, campaigns, and product launches.

Data Visualization

• Build interactive dashboards using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
• Simplify complex datasets for business teams.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with Retail, Merchandising, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams to support decision making.
• Provide analytical support for strategic initiatives.
