You will be responsible for supporting contract management, billing processes, and commercial controls across real estate projects in Ahmedabad. This role requires strong attention to detail, coordination with site and procurement teams, and the ability to ensure contractual compliance, cost accuracy, and timely financial tracking throughout the project lifecycle.

About the Role

Assist in preparation, review, and management of contracts, work orders, and agreements for various project packages.

Support the tendering process including BOQ preparation, bid evaluation, and contractor comparisons.

Coordinate with procurement and project teams for finalization of contracts in line with project requirements.

Review contractor bills, verify quantities, and ensure accuracy as per BOQs and work completion.

Track and manage billing cycles, certifications, and payment processes.

Maintain contract documentation including agreements, amendments, and correspondences with proper version control.

Monitor contract compliance, highlighting deviations, risks, and cost implications.

Assist in cost tracking and budget monitoring to ensure alignment with project financial targets.

Support reconciliation of material consumption and contractor accounts.

Maintain records of rate analysis, variations, and change orders.

About You

Civil Engineer (B.E./B.Tech) or Quantity Surveying background.

48 years of experience in contracts, billing, or commercial functions in real estate or construction.

Strong understanding of BOQs, rate analysis, and contract documentation.

Hands-on experience in billing verification and quantity checks.

Familiarity with tendering processes and contractor management.

Good coordination and communication skills with internal teams and vendors.
