- Drive sales targets for assigned projects and ensure revenue achievement.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize market share.
- Identify new business opportunities, channel partners, and prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with HNIs, institutional buyers, and corporate clients.
- Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the sales cycle.
- Handle escalations and provide quick resolutions to client issues.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and group targets.
- Conduct training sessions for the sales team to enhance product knowledge and selling skills.
- Monitor team performance and provide guidance for improvement.
- Track competitor activities, market trends, and pricing strategies.
- Provide regular sales forecasts, MIS reports, and business updates to management.
- Recommend product positioning and pricing strategies based on market insights.
- Collaborate with marketing, CRM, legal, and operations teams to ensure smooth customer journey.
- Support marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities for lead generation.
- Other roles and responsibilities assigned by the reporting manager.
