About the Role


Qualified CA with 3+ years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, and compliance across Indian and global clients. Skilled in MIS, tax regulations (GST, Income Tax, FEMA), and driving process improvements.


Responsibilities



  • Review and oversee books of accounts to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with applicable accounting standards.
  • Preparation and finalization of financial statements in accordance with Indian GAAP and applicable regulatory requirements.
  • Preparation and review of periodic MIS reports, financial analysis, and management reporting packs.
  • Manage day-to-day client communication and maintain strong relationships with domestic and international stakeholders.
  • Provide support on direct and indirect tax matters including Income Tax and GST compliances.
  • Support on matters relating to FEMA compliances.
  • Ensure timely closure of accounting activities, reconciliations, and reporting deliverables.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and clients for resolution of accounting and compliance-related matters.
  • Guide and mentor junior team members and review their work outputs.
  • Drive process improvements, standardization, and implementation of best practices across engagements.



Qualifications



  • Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in accounting, financial reporting, and compliance.



Required Skills



  • Strong understanding of Indian GAAP, Income Tax, GST, FEMA regulations.
  • Hands-on experience in preparation of financial statements and review of books of accounts.
  • Experience in handling national and international clients independently.
  • Exposure to MIS preparation and financial reporting.
  • Working knowledge of multiple accounting platforms such as Tally, Zoho Books, NetSuite, SAP(Preferred), Other ERP/accounting software.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments and work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong attention to detail and review orientation.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage deliverables independently.
