At Heal Witth Ahaana, we help people heal, grow, and thrive through Quantum Healing, NLP, Reiki, Tarot, Numerology, Trauma Therapies, and more. Our founder, Ahaana Kochr, is a certified Quantum Healer, ITCA-certified NLP Trainer, Reiki Master, and intuitive medium on a mission to transform lives using divine energies.

As we grow, we're looking for a dedicated, warm, and driven Executive Assistant & Operations Coordinator to work directly with our founder and keep our healing space running beautifully.

Work Hours: 12 PM 7 PM | Monday to Friday

Location: Shastri Nagar, Andheri West, Mumbai (On-site)

What You'll Do:

Handle client communication, follow-ups & appointment scheduling

Manage and grow our social media presence (Instagram & more)

Create engaging content and graphics using Canva & AI tools

Coordinate day-to-day business operations and admin tasks

Assist with basic accounting, invoicing & record-keeping

Support business development bring in clients and build relationships

Ensure smooth execution of programs, courses & events

You're a Great Fit If You Are:

Organized, reliable & highly detail-oriented

Soft-spoken, empathetic & excellent with people

Proactive you anticipate needs before being asked

Skilled in Canva & comfortable on Instagram

Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets

Passionate about the wellness & healing space
