Assistant General Manager

PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES

To manage the Plant & Machinery department efficiently by overseeing the operations, maintenance, and manpower management of all construction site equipment and machinery, ensuring alignment with business objectives and cost-effectiveness.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• 15 -19 years of experience in handling plant & machinery department
• Deep understanding of the working of Tower Crane, DG, Boom Pump, Hoist, Backhoe loaders, Telehandlers, Concrete Pump and all equipment in any typical construction site
• Good communication skills and interpersonal skills
• Hold on MIS
• Ability to handle ERP is an added advantage
• A people's manager who can keep the motivation of the team members levels high
• Deep understanding of the business exigencies and ability to translate business objectives into the objectives of the P&M department
• Deep understanding of the equipment, machinery, tools, parts that are required at various points in time to operate the P&M department as well as the sites
• Good in cost calculations, cost savings
• Innovative
• Mobilize the required man power for the operations of the vertical
• Preferred to have worked few years in Regional or Head Office

PREFERRED PROFILE :

Education : B.E / B. Tech in Mechanical or Electrical or relevant field

Experience : 15 - 19 years of experience in handling plant & machinery department ( Multiple projects )

Skills : ERP Knowledge and Good in commutation
