Role: AD Intern

Duration: 36 months

Stipend: As per company policy


Preferred Background: Mass Media / Communication / Advertising / Journalism / Marketing


About the Role


We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic AD Intern from a Mass Media background to support our marketing and creative communication activities. The intern will assist in planning, coordinating, and executing content, shoots, and brand communication


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in conceptualising creative ideas for campaigns, videos, and marketing collaterals.
  • Support the team in script writing, content planning, captions, etc.
  • Coordinate with designers, video editors, photographers, and internal teams for creative execution.
  • Help with pre-production planning, such as shoot briefs, references, mood boards, props, and scheduling.
  • Assist during photo/video shoots with coordination, direction, support and content capture.
  • Maintain shoot calendars, task trackers, and creative documentation.
  • Support post-production follow-ups, including reviewing edits, captions, thumbnails, and final creatives.
  • Contribute fresh ideas for brand storytelling and engagement.


Required Skills

  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Mass Media, Advertising, Journalism, Communication, Film, or Marketing.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinking with an interest in branding, digital media, and visual storytelling.
  • Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and manage timelines.
  • Basic knowledge of Canva, MS Office, Google Workspace, or content planning tools is preferred.
  • Interest in photography, videography, scripting, or direction will be an added advantage.
