About the Role
We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic AD Intern from a Mass Media background to support our marketing and creative communication activities. The intern will assist in planning, coordinating, and executing content, shoots, and brand communication
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in conceptualising creative ideas for campaigns, videos, and marketing collaterals.
- Support the team in script writing, content planning, captions, etc.
- Coordinate with designers, video editors, photographers, and internal teams for creative execution.
- Help with pre-production planning, such as shoot briefs, references, mood boards, props, and scheduling.
- Assist during photo/video shoots with coordination, direction, support and content capture.
- Maintain shoot calendars, task trackers, and creative documentation.
- Support post-production follow-ups, including reviewing edits, captions, thumbnails, and final creatives.
- Contribute fresh ideas for brand storytelling and engagement.
Required Skills
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Mass Media, Advertising, Journalism, Communication, Film, or Marketing.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking with an interest in branding, digital media, and visual storytelling.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and manage timelines.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, MS Office, Google Workspace, or content planning tools is preferred.
- Interest in photography, videography, scripting, or direction will be an added advantage.
