Support in creating shot lists, call sheets, schedules, and production timelines.
Coordinate with production, casting, location, art, styling, and camera teams.
Help prepare creative decks, moodboards, and visual references.
Ensure all departments are aligned on creative and logistical expectations.
2. On-Set Execution
Act as the Director’s right hand on set.
Manage daily shoot schedules and ensure timelines are adhered to.
Coordinate between departments (camera, lighting, art, styling, sound, talent).
Assist in blocking scenes, rehearsals, and performance coordination.
Handle on-ground problem-solving and real-time decision support.
Maintain continuity and track scene coverage.
3. Communication & Coordination
Serve as the main communication bridge between Director and crew.
Ensure instructions and creative inputs are clearly communicated.
Conduct crew briefings and keep teams aligned on shot progress.
Maintain discipline, structure, and workflow efficiency on set.
4. Post-Production Support
Assist in coordinating with editors and post-production teams.
Track edits, reviews, feedback loops, and approvals.
Ensure post-production timelines are followed.
Support the Director during review and final delivery stages.
5. Documentation & Workflow Management
Maintain production documentation and daily shoot reports.
Track scripts, storyboards, call sheets, and shot lists.
Support production managers with scheduling and logistics.
Ensure deliverables are aligned with timelines and quality benchmarks.
