Artificial Intelligence Tech Lead

We are seeking an AI Transformation Leader who can rethink and redesign core service processes across Accounting, Tax, and Audit using AI. This role demands a hands-on builder who can drive internal innovation, build AI-native tools, lead cross-functional teams, and convert internal solutions into scalable products that transform the way we deliver services.

AI Strategy & Vision

Reimagine Accounting, Tax, and Audit workflows using AI-first thinking.

Define and lead the AI roadmap for core service transformation.

Identify high-impact use cases that drive measurable operational and quality improvements.

AI Tool Building & Innovation

Build internal AI tools and workflows (not just adopt existing external tools).

Convert successful internal tools into scalable AI-driven products.

Work hands-on using LLMs, RAG systems, automation, and agentic AI approaches.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Collaborate closely with Product Engineering, SMEs (Accounting, Tax, and Audit), and Operations teams to build AI-native solutions.

Lead brainstorming, prototyping, and iterative development cycles.

Ensure seamless integration of AI solutions into day-to-day service delivery.

Execution & Leadership

Lead and mentor internal AI contributors, engineers, and analysts.

Drive pilot programs, measure impact, and scale successful initiatives.

Promote AI adoption through training, documentation, and change management.

Innovation Culture & Contribution

Create an environment that encourages experimentation, rapid prototyping, and innovation.

Review candidate portfolios and collaborate with passionate AI builders both internally and externally.

Ensure the organization stays ahead in AI trends, tools and best practices.
