Artificial Intelligence Intern

Duration: 3 Months (Purely Result-Oriented)

Location: On-site / Command Center (Hayathnagar, Hyderabad)

Compensation: Unpaid / Performance-Linked PPO. You earn your seat, or you leave.

We are building the brain of Bcommune. We are not a classroom. We do not have time to explain what a transformer is, how to optimize a prompt, or how to debug a basic API call. If you need a "mentor" to hold your hand, close this tab.

We are looking for an executioner. Two enter the trial; only the one who delivers the most efficient, scalable code stays. If your models don't work in production, you dont belong in this room.

• LLM Warfare: Fine-tuning and deploying GPT-4, Claude, and Llama 3 for cold, hard business logic.
• RAG Dominance: Building Retrieval-Augmented Generation systems that are bulletproof. We don't tolerate hallucinations; we tolerate results.
• Total Automation: Injecting AI into lead gen and marketing workflows to delete manual effort entirely.
• Agentic Chaos: Using LangChain/CrewAI to build autonomous agents that work while we sleep.
  

• Proximity: You must live in or near Hayathnagar, LB Nagar, Dilsukhnagar, Uppal, or Nagole. If the commute breaks you, the work definitely will.
• Mindset: Ground-floor hustle. You don't leave when the clock strikes a certain hour; you leave when the code works.
• Immediate Deployment: You must be ready to start now.
• The Pre-Entry Filter: Do not show up empty-handed. Analyze Bcommunes digital footprint before you walk through the door. If you cant tell us exactly where AI will cut our costs or 10x our output on day one, don't waste the fuel coming here.
  

This is a high-pressure environment for those who want to build the future of AI-driven commerce. You will be pushed. You will be tested. You will be expected to out-code everyone in the room.
