Job Title: AI Image Expert

Location: Onsite - Koregaon Park, Pune

Role Overview:

We are looking for AI Image Experts to push the boundaries of visual creation using AI. This role focuses on building a distinct, brand-aligned visual language through experimentation, strong aesthetic judgment, and scalable AI-driven workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create high-quality, concept-driven visuals using AI for campaigns, social media, catalog, and performance marketing
• Translate creative direction into refined, on-brand AI-generated imagery with strong control over style, lighting, and composition
• Collaborate with designers, photographers, and creative leads to integrate AI outputs into the broader creative ecosystem
• Develop and refine prompt strategies, visual systems, and workflows for consistency and scalability
• Iterate rapidly while maintaining a high standard of craft and attention to detail
• Explore emerging AI tools and techniques to continuously elevate output quality
• Contribute to building internal libraries of prompts, references, and visual frameworks

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in design, visual content, or related creative fields
• 1-2 years of hands-on experience with AI image generation tools
• Strong portfolio showcasing both AI-generated work and core visual/design skills
• Proficiency in tools such as Midjourney, DALLE, Stable Diffusion, or similar platforms
• Strong understanding of composition, lighting, color, and visual storytelling
• Ability to interpret briefs and translate them into high-quality, production-ready outputs
• High attention to detail and consistency in execution

Preferred Skills:

• Background in graphic design, photography, or visual arts
• Experience in fashion, lifestyle, or D2C brands
• Proficiency in Photoshop or Lightroom for post-processing and refinement
• Strong understanding of prompt engineering and scalable AI workflows
