Required Skills
- Strong Machine Learning & Deep Learning expertise
- Hands-on experience in GenAI, NLP, and Agentic AI
- Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Python
- Real-time production deployment experience (not just POC)
- Experience with transformers, diffusion models, conversational AI
- Hands-on with LangGraph, AutoGen, ADK, or similar frameworks
- MLOps & ML deployment pipeline experience
- Cloud exposure: AWS / Azure / GCP
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML and Generative AI solutions
- Build NLP pipelines for text generation, summarization, translation, and conversational AI
- Develop Agentic AI applications using frameworks like LangGraph, ADK, and AutoGen
- Implement MLOps pipelines for model training, deployment, monitoring, and maintenance
- Work on data processing, feature engineering, and large-scale model training
- Integrate AI capabilities into enterprise products and applications
- Ensure scalability, reliability, model governance, and responsible AI practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile environments

- Experience in scalable AI application development
- Exposure to AI ethics, model governance, and monitoring tools
