About the Role

We are looking for a Senior AI/ML Engineer to lead the development of advanced AI/ML and Generative AI solutions aimed at optimizing procurement, cost insights, and collaboration within manufacturing supply chains.

Responsibilities

• Machine Learning & Generative AI Development
• Write clean, efficient, and scalable Python code
• Design, build, train, and deploy ML & Generative AI models for real-world business problems
• Work on LLMs, prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and model optimization
• Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, model selection, and hyperparameter tuning
• Collaborate with data scientists and engineering teams to integrate AI solutions into applications

Data Pipelines

• Develop and maintain robust data pipelines for model training and deployment
• Write efficient SQL queries for data extraction and processing

Model Evaluation

• Conduct model validation, testing, debugging, and performance optimization

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in Generative AI (Mandatory)

Education

• Bachelors degree in Engineering (Masters preferred)

Required Skills

• Technical Skills
• Programming: Python, R, C++
• ML Frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn
• Experience with Generative AI tools & frameworks (LLMs, LangChain, etc.)
• Strong knowledge of statistics, deep learning, NLP, and computer vision.
