Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled AI/ML Engineer with strong expertise in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Generative AI, and Agentic AI systems. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, deploying, and optimizing AI-driven solutions across both PoC and production environments. The role requires strong technical depth in LLM-based applications, orchestration frameworks, and scalable AI system development.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end AI/ML and Generative AI solutions
• Build and optimize ML, Deep Learning, and LLM-based applications
• Develop Agentic AI workflows including orchestration, planning, memory, and multi-agent coordination
• Perform data preparation, feature engineering, model training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring
• Build scalable AI pipelines and integrate AI services with APIs and enterprise systems
• Work with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into AI solutions
• Implement MLOps / LLMOps practices for production-grade AI systems
• Stay updated with emerging AI technologies, tools, and best practices

Required Skills / Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, Machine Learning, or related field
• 1+ years of experience in AI/ML, Generative AI, or Agentic AI development

Technical Expertise:

• Machine Learning and Deep Learning
• Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs)
• Agentic AI architectures and orchestration frameworks
• Prompt Engineering, RAG, AI agents, and workflow automation

Hands-on Experience With:

• Python and AI/ML development frameworks
• LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel
• TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn

Good Understanding Of:

• Vector databases, embeddings, and semantic search
• Cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
• MLOps / LLMOps (CI/CD, monitoring, model lifecycle)
• Workflow orchestration tools (Airflow / Prefect)
• Databases (PostgreSQL, SQL Server, ClickHouse)

Preferred Skills

• Experience with multi-agent systems and autonomous AI workflows
• Knowledge of AI infrastructure optimization and scalable deployments
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and DevOps practices
• Experience with real-time data processing frameworks (e.g., Spark)
• Telecom domain knowledge (Nokia, Ericsson, Huawei, etc.)

Good to Have

• Experience with visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
• AI/ML certifications or advanced courses
• Knowledge of Responsible AI, AI governance, and security
