Job Summary:

We are looking for a hands-on AI Ops Lead Level Engineer to design and implement intelligent

automation solutions across cloud and infrastructure systems.

This role sits at the intersection of AI/ML, cloud infrastructure, and platform engineering, with a strong focus on building AIOps and agentic AI solutions.

You will work closely with senior engineering stakeholders (Principal Engineers, Architects, and Directors) to identify automation opportunities, propose scalable solutions, and deliver production-grade AI systems aligned with enterprise AIOps frameworks and best practices.

Location: Bangalore

Shift Timings: Overlapping US hrs

Work Mode: Work from Office

Key Responsibilities

Partner with infrastructure and platform teams to identify opportunities for AI-driven automation (AIOps)

Design and implement agentic AI / LLM-based solutions for operational efficiency

Build and deploy scalable AI/ML pipelines using platforms like Databricks

Develop and maintain production-grade systems using Python

Leverage frameworks such as LangChain and ML lifecycle tools like MLflow

Work across multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP)

Integrate AI solutions with infrastructure components such as DNS, Active Directory, and network systems

Drive architectural discussions and influence technical decisions with senior stakeholders

Ensure solutions follow enterprise standards for scalability, reliability, and security

Stay current with emerging trends in Generative AI, LLMs, and AIOps

Required Skills & Experience

Must-Have

Strong programming expertise in Python

8+ years of experience in software engineering / platform / infrastructure roles

Hands-on experience with AI/ML platforms like Databricks

Experience building or integrating AI/ML or LLM-based solutions

Experience with frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph

Exposure to LLM ecosystems (Llama, Cohere, DBRX)

Experience with MLflow

Solid understanding of cloud platforms: AWS / Azure / GCP

Experience working with infrastructure domains (cloud, DNS, networking, identity systems)

Strong problem-solving and system design skills

Ability to work directly with senior technical stakeholders

Good to Have

Knowledge of orchestration/tools like Argo, MCP, Google ADK

Familiarity with DevOps / SRE practices
