The Role Youll Play As an AI Engineer, you will design, develop, and deploy conversational AI and automation solutions across WhatsApp and digital engagement platforms. Your role will focus on:

Building scalable conversational AI workflows

Integrating LLM APIs into production-ready systems

Supporting automation across engagement channels

Improving response intelligence and personalization In addition to the responsibilities listed below, you should be open to taking up any additional tasks related to this role that support smoother operations and effective AI solution delivery across teams.

What Youll Be Driving

Conversational AI Development

Design chatbot workflows using NLP and Generative AI

Build assistants for automated customer engagement

Improve intent detection and response quality through prompt engineering

Optimize conversation flows for scalability and performance

LLM & Model Integration

Integrate LLM APIs into production-ready systems

Design prompt pipelines and response orchestration logic

Improve contextual accuracy through dataset refinement

Implement structured response generation for enterprise workflows

Automation & Platform Integration

Integrate AI workflows with CRM systems and CPaaS platforms

Deploy automation across WhatsApp, SMS, Email, and Voice channels

Build API-driven orchestration pipelines

Support monitoring and optimization of AI workflows

Solution Architecture Contribution

Translate business requirements into AI-powered automation solutions

Design scalable conversational architectures

Support deployment across cloud environments

Improve reliability and performance of AI services

Continuous Improvement

Monitor model performance and conversation success rates

Improve automation accuracy through testing and iteration

Suggest enhancements to AI pipelines and engagement workflows

Stay updated with Generative AI and LLM ecosystem advancements

Knowledge & Expertise We Value Functional Expertise

Experience in NLP, Conversational AI, or Generative AI solutions

Hands-on experience integrating LLM APIs into applications

Experience with prompt engineering and response optimization

Exposure to chatbot orchestration frameworks or automation pipelines

Understanding of REST APIs and JSON workflow systems Professional Strengths

Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset

Ownership-driven execution approach

Ability to work in fast-paced product environments

Clear communication with technical and business stakeholders

Collaborative approach across cross-functional teams

Platforms & Technologies Python OpenAI / LLM APIs REST APIs JSON Workflows Cloud Platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP) Conversational Automation Platforms

Education & Experience

Education: B.E. / B.Tech in Computer Engineering, AI, IT, or related field

Experience: 35 years in AI Engineering, NLP, or automation development

Experience deploying AI solutions in production environments preferred

Certifications in AI/ML, NLP, or Cloud technologies are a plus
