Location: Baner, and Wagholi Pune

Stipend

• 1st Year: 10,000 per month
• 2nd Year: 15,000 per month
• Alternative Saturdays off

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in GST, Income Tax, TDS, Payroll, PF, ESIC, and PT compliances.
• Support Internal Audit, Statutory Audit, Stock Audit, and Process Audit assignments.
• Perform accounting reviews, reconciliations, and compliance checks.
• Create and maintain SOPs, process documents, and checklists.
• Conduct quality assurance reviews to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and assist in implementation.
• Participate in AI and automation projects to improve operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with clients for information and documentation.

Desired Profile

• CA Student registered for Articleship.
• Good understanding of Accounting and Taxation fundamentals.
• Strong Excel and analytical skills.
• Good communication and documentation abilities.
• Interest in process improvement and technology.
