Art Director - Visual Design

About the Role

We are looking for a highly creative Art Director Visual Design (AI) who can lead and execute visually compelling designs across digital and offline platforms.

This role is ideal for someone who is deeply passionate about aesthetics, layout, typography, and visual storytelling, and can translate ideas into high-impact creatives.

Key Responsibility Areas:

Art Direction:

• Develop visual concepts, mood boards, and design directions
• Translate briefs into engaging visual narratives
• Maintain consistency in design language across all touchpoints

Visual Design & Execution:

• Create high-quality designs for:
• Presentations and brand decks
• Ensure all designs meet premium visual standards

Branding:

• Contribute to building and evolving brand identity
• Ensure consistent use of color, typography, and layout systems
• Adapt designs across different brands or campaigns

Collaboration

Work closely with: Creative and 3D team

Required Skills & Tools

• Strong proficiency in:
• Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
• Figma / Adobe XD
• Strong understanding of:
• Typography, composition, and color theory
• Visual hierarchy and layout design
• Basic knowledge of:
• Motion graphics (After Effects is a plus)
• AI design tools (Midjourney, Firefly, etc.)

Eligibility Criteria

• 5+ years of experience in visual design / graphic design
• Strong portfolio showcasing design aesthetics and versatility
• Experience in agency, startup, or creative studio preferred

• Creative thinker with hands-on execution ability
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Good communication and collaboration skills

Nice to Have

• Experience with branding projects
• Exposure to motion graphics or video editing
