About the Role

We are looking for a visionary and highly organized Art Director to join our growing team at Tempest Analytics Pvt. Ltd. (Breadcrumb Digital LLP.), a full-service digital marketing agency specializing in content creation, production, performance marketing, and online & offline design.


In this role, you will be the creative anchor for the agency, overseeing the visual language for a diverse portfolio of brands across multiple industries. This is a hybrid role built for a leader who can balance high-level aesthetic strategy with the technical rigor of execution. You will be responsible for ensuring that every piece of creativewhether a digital ad, a social media video, or an offline brand activationis impactful, cohesive, and results-driven.


Salary Range

70,00085,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience)


Key Responsibilities

Creative Strategy & Vision


Lead the visual direction for a variety of brands, ensuring each has a distinct and consistent identity across all touchpoints.


Translate client business goals into compelling visual narratives and high-conversion creative concepts.


Stay at the forefront of design trends, emerging technologies, and platform-specific aesthetics to keep our clients ahead of the curve.


Online & Offline Creative Oversight


Digital: Supervise the design of social media campaigns, performance marketing assets (static and video), website UI/UX, and email marketing.


Print & Physical: Lead the creation of offline collateral, including packaging design, OOH advertising, event branding, and corporate identity kits.


Multi-Brand Management: Seamlessly pivot between different brand guidelines and tones of voice, maintaining high quality across 15+ diverse client accounts.


Production & On-Set Direction


Art direct photo and video shoots, providing clear guidance on framing, lighting, styling, and art direction to the production team.


Collaborate with video editors and motion designers to ensure post-production aligns with the initial visual storyboard.


Review and approve all creative deliverables, ensuring they meet both brand standards and technical specifications.


Team Leadership & Mentorship


Lead and mentor a team of graphic designers, motion artists, and illustrators.


Review daily design tasks, providing constructive feedback that elevates the teams skill sets and output.


Foster a culture of creative excellence, encouraging experimentation while maintaining operational efficiency.


Client & Stakeholder Collaboration


Pitch and present creative concepts to clients, articulating the strategic reasoning behind design choices.


Work closely with the Marketing Operations Lead to align creative output with campaign timelines and performance data.


Translate complex client feedback into actionable design revisions for the internal team.


What We're Looking For

46 years of experience in art direction or senior design within a fast-paced agency setting.


A portfolio that demonstrates versatility across digital platforms and offline media.


Expert-level mastery of the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).


Strong leadership skills with experience managing multiple designers and creative workflows simultaneously.


Deep understanding of typography, color theory, and layout for both web and print.


Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities across multiple brands without compromising on quality.


Nice to Have

Experience with UI/UX design tools like Figma or Adobe XD.


Familiarity with AI-assisted design tools to speed up the ideation and prototyping process.


Knowledge of performance marketing and what visual elements drive high CTRs on Meta and Google.
