Job Role: Area Sales Executive
Experience: 3+ Years in Field Sales
CTC: Up to 6.00 LPA + Incentive + Others Benefits
Location: Coimbatore, Chennai
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of field sales executives
- Conduct regular field visits, joint calls, and performance reviews
- Achieve and exceed area sales targets and revenue goals
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients within the territory
- Manage key accounts and build long-term client relationships
Candidate Profile:
- A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (an MBA is advantageous).
- 2+ years of sales & marketing experience
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- Possession of a bike and a valid driving license is required.
