Position: Area Business Manager
Location: Ahmednagar | Solapur | Nashik | Nanded | Karad | Satara | Aurangabad | Pune
CTC: Up to 5.50 LPA
Key Responsibilities:
Drive business growth through channel sales and partner management.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with agents, advisors, and business partners.
Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue objectives.
Recruit, train, and motivate channel partners to maximize performance.
Identify market opportunities and implement growth strategies.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications:
Graduation in any discipline.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Insurance, Banking, Broking, or Financial Services.
Strong sales, relationship management, and communication skills.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
