A graduate of the School of Architecture and Planning, Anna University, and an MFA post-graduate from the Art Institute of Chicago, Mahendra brings global expertise to his work. His portfolio spans hospitals, colleges, industrial offices, luxury condominiums, and residences. Role Description

Positions : Architect (0 - 7 years)

Interior Designer ( 0 - 3)

Draftsman ( 1 - 5 )

Intern

Salary : As per Industry standards

Stipend : 5k for interns

(Lunch provided)

Software:

SketchUp, AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop

Rendering Tools (any one required):

Enscape, Lumion, Twinmotion

Must be able to create client-ready renders and walkthroughs independently.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Architecture and Architectural Design
• Strong skills in Solution Architecture and Integration
• Excellent Communication skills to collaborate with clients and team members
• Experience in creative and functional design processes
• Attention to detail and ability to manage projects efficiently
• A degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field
• Previous work experience in architectural design, especially in diverse sectors, is advantageous
