Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Architecture and Interior Design Draftsman located in Bengaluru. The professional will be responsible for creating and detailing architectural and interior design drawings, ensuring adherence to design plans, and managing the integration of architectural elements. The role involves collaboration with architects and designers, communication with project stakeholders, and contributing to design solutions that align with client requirements.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory)
• Knowledge of SketchUp / Lumion / V-Ray / 3ds Max or similar software (mandatory)
• Good understanding of architectural drawings and detailing
• Knowledge of site execution and coordination
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Experience in residential/commercial projects will be an added advantage
• Passion for architecture, interiors, and execution
