Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Architectural & Structural Revit Modeller / Draftsman with hands-on Revit experience to develop accurate 3D models and construction-ready drawings.

Key Responsibilities:

Create detailed Architectural and Structural models using Revit

Prepare working drawings, shop drawings, and BOQs

Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and MEP teams

Update models as per design changes and site requirements

Ensure drawings comply with industry standards and project specifications

Extract drawings, schedules, and quantities from Revit models

Required Skills:

Proficiency in Revit Architecture & Structure

Good knowledge of RCC drawings, detailing, and basic structural concepts

Experience with GFC drawings

Working knowledge of AutoCAD

Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

Diploma / Degree in Architecture.

Experience in Residential & Commercial projects

BIM standards and coordination
