Were looking for a Project Manager who can take ownership of museum and experiential projects, where storytelling, design, and technology come together at scale. These are not just spaces, but narratives brought to life through precision execution.

Youll be at the centre of it all, translating ideas into reality, coordinating across teams, and ensuring every detail on site reflects the original vision.

What youll be doing

Leading projects end to end, from concept to final delivery

Translating drawings and design intent into clear execution plans

Coordinating with design, content, production, and site teams

Managing vendors, contractors, and on-site execution

Driving timelines, budgets, and quality standards

Handling client communication, meetings, and updates

Experience in museums, exhibitions, or commercial interior projects

Strong understanding of drawings, materials, and site execution

Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and moving parts

Confident, solution-oriented, and hands-on approach

Strong communication and ownership mindset
