Architectural Project Coordinator

Essenn Architects is looking for an experienced Architectural Project Coordinator to work closely with the Principal Architect and manage coordination across projects, consultants, clients, and execution teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with architects, consultants, clients, vendors, and site teams
• Track project timelines, deliverables, and execution progress
• Attend meetings and prepare MOMs
• Manage project follow-ups and interdepartmental coordination
• Support the Principal Architect in daily project management activities
• Ensure smooth communication between design, execution, and client teams
• Review drawings and coordinate with consultants for approvals and revisions
• Monitor project status, pending issues, and execution updates

Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree in Architecture
• Strong understanding of architectural drawings and project execution
• Prior experience in architectural project coordination
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership, follow-up, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously

Software Skills:

• AutoCAD
• MS Office / Excel
• Project tracking & coordination tools
• Revit knowledge is an added advantage

Preferred Profile:

• Experience in high-end residential, hospitality, or commercial projects
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Professional in client handling and consultant coordination
• Ability to work closely with senior management and independently manage coordination activities
