Role Description

Preparation of architectural layouts, master plans, and conceptual designs

Planning of industrial, commercial and utility buildings

Development of working drawings and submission drawings

Coordination with Structural, MEP, and PMC teams

Preparation of:

• Floor plans
• Elevations & sections
• Site layouts
• Area statements
• Presentation drawings

Support in statutory approval drawings and documentation

Coordination with clients for design discussions and revisions

Participation in site visits and planning coordination meetings

Ensuring design practicality and execution feasibility

Assistance in 3D visualization and presentation development

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Architecture and Architectural Drawings
• Experience in Construction Drawings
• Ability to prepare and manage project Submittals
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Proficiency in architectural design and drafting software
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Bachelors degree in Architecture or Diploma in Architecture
• Experience in industrial, commercial, or infrastructure projects is a plus
