We're Hiring | Architect

Location: Indiranagar, Bengaluru

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Architect to join a dynamic design studio. If you have strong design expertise, technical proficiency, and experience managing projects from concept to completion, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Management & Coordination

Manage residential and commercial projects independently from concept to completion.

Coordinate effectively with external consultants, vendors, and contractors to ensure

project milestones are met.

Serve as the primary interface between the client, the design team, and the site

execution team.

Structure and lead systematic meetings with clients, contractors, and vendors to ensure

alignment.

Maintain project coordination logs and record Minutes of Meeting (MoM) for all project

discussions.

Draft and manage professional correspondence and communication via email.

2. Design & Technical Skills

Develop design concepts utilizing strong sketching and visualization abilities.

Produce and manage detailed drawings using AutoCAD, Google SketchUp, Revit,

Luminous, and Photoshop.

Ensure all designs adhere to local building bylaws and regulatory requirements.

Conduct research to support material selection, design innovation, and project feasibility.

3. Team Leadership & Management

Demonstrate clear communication and strong leadership skills.

Manage and mentor a team of 2 to 3 junior architects or interns, delegating tasks and

reviewing work.

4. Commercial & Sales Acumen

Participate in sales discussions and client pitches.

Create compelling PowerPoint presentations for design approvals and client meetings.

Maintain project profitability in accordance with management guidelines.

Negotiate win-win agreements with vendors and contractors to optimize project value.

Required Qualifications

B.Arch. (Bachelor of Architecture) is mandatory.

Candidates with a Diploma in Architecture or M.Arch (Master of Architecture) will also be

considered based on experience.

Required Skills & Competencies

Software Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of AutoCAD, Google SketchUp, Revit,

Luminous, and Photoshop.

Design: Strong hand sketching and conceptual visualization skills.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to write

professional emails and structure formal meetings.

Leadership: Proven ability to lead a small team and coordinate with multiple

stakeholders.

Coordination: Strong organizational skills for project coordination, record-keeping, and

vendor management.

Soft Skills:

Excellent visual and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently.
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
