Role Description The Architect at VRUX REALTY will play a key role in the planning, design, and execution of commercial architectural projects, including 72 Corp. This full-time, on-site position in Mumbai involves developing architectural concepts, preparing detailed drawings and specifications, and ensuring that designs comply with local codes, safety standards, and sustainability guidelines. The role includes coordinating with internal teams, consultants, and contractors, reviewing construction progress, and resolving design-related issues on-site. The Architect will participate in client meetings, translate business requirements into functional building designs, and contribute to project timelines, budgeting, and quality control throughout the lifecycle of each project.
Qualifications

Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with experience in commercial or corporate projects.
Ability to manage Integration with structural, MEP, and interior design elements to deliver cohesive project outcomes.
Proficiency in Project Management, including coordinating stakeholders, tracking milestones, and managing resources.
Familiarity with relevant design and modeling software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp) and building codes/regulations.
Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture from an accredited institution; professional licensure or registration is an advantage.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills, with attention to detail and design quality.
Effective communication and collaboration abilities to work with cross-functional teams and clients on-site in Mumbai.
Experience with sustainable design practices and knowledge of commercial real estate development is beneficial.
