This is a full-time, on-site role for an Architect based in Chennai. The Architect will be responsible for designing and developing architectural plans, executing end-to-end projects, collaborating with clients, overseeing integration of design elements, and managing projects to ensure timely completion. This individual will also contribute to creating innovative, aesthetic, and functional designs that align with the clients vision, budget, and timeline.

• Expertise in Architecture and Architectural Design
• Proficiency in Software Development and Integration relevant to architectural tools
• Experience in Project Management, including budget control, timelines, and resource allocation
• Strong creative and analytical skills with an ability to bring unique ideas to life
• Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities
• Educational background in Architecture or a related field; professional certifications are a plus
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations is advantageous
• Familiarity with sustainable design principles and practices is a bonus
