Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Architect role based in Noida. The Architect will participate in all project phases, including concept development, schematic design, design development, and construction documentation. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing drawings and 3D models, coordinating with consultants, assisting in material and finishes selection, and supporting site reviews to track design intent and quality. The role involves collaborating with internal teams to resolve design and technical issues, contributing to client presentations, and helping ensure projects meet schedule, budget, and regulatory requirements. The Architect will also support basic coordination of project workflows and documentation standards within the studio.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to translate concepts into clear plans, sections, elevations, and details.
• Experience with Project Management activities such as basic scheduling, task coordination, and tracking deliverables across project stages.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design and documentation software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar) and basic visualization tools.
• Bachelors degree or higher in Architecture from an accredited institution.
• Effective communication skills, ability to collaborate in a multidisciplinary team, and strong attention to detail in both design and documentation.
• Willingness to work on-site, conduct site visits, and engage with contractors, vendors, and consultants as needed.
