Architect

ROLE DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Architect/ Interior Designer to join our growing team. This is a full-time role, located in Indore. This role is ideal for someone who wants hands-on exposure to real projectsfrom concept to executionand is ready to take ownership.

This includes development of detailed drawings and 3D views to meet project specifications and coordinating with cross-functional teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop architectural drawings and presentations
• Work on concept planning, layout development, and design detailing
• Prepare working drawings (plans, sections, elevations)
• Coordinate with consultants (structure, electrical, plumbing)
• Create 3D models and visualizations (as required)

QUALIFICATIONS

• A degree in Architecture or Interior design is a must.
• Proficiency in CAD and Sketchup is must.
• Experience with relevant architecture rendering software (D5 Render or Lumion) is a plus
• Basic understanding of construction details and materials
• Ability to manage time and handle multiple tasks
