Architect Production Designer

Job Purpose

Responsible for supporting production and project execution through specialized architectural space design for Modular Operating Rooms, healthcare spaces, detailed CAD drafting, and comprehensive BOQ preparation.

The position also involves conducting site assessments, ensuring design feasibility, and coordinating with vendors and internal teams to deliver accurate, compliant, and timely Project requirements,

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare architectural and execution drawings
• Develop BOQ/BOM and technical details
• Work on AutoCAD & Revit (mandatory)
• Catia / SolidWorks (Desirable)
• Coordinate with Project sales team, vendors and suppliers
• Support project execution and scheduling
• Site visit, Supplier visit (Occasionally)
• Ensure quality and documentation compliance

Architectural Detail Function

• Trained in Revit, latest version
• MS Excel / MS Office know-how
• Architectural layout and internal wall elevations drawings
• Healthcare design projects exposure
• Detail drawings preparation for door, window and wall junction after validating with relevant vendor
• Typically this person needs to have a strong background in designing, Drafting architectural project ,Interior design project and /or construction contractor company
