What Youll Do

* Develop concepts into detailed architectural designs

* Prepare GFC drawings for smooth site execution

* Coordinate with clients, consultants & in-house teams

* Conduct site visits & ensure quality execution

* Manage vendors, contractors & timelines

What Were Looking For

* Bachelors degree in Architecture (Compulsory)

* 25 years of experience (Residential architecture & Project Management)

* Skills: AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion/V-Ray, Adobe Suite

* Strong knowledge of materials & construction detailing

* Good leadership, problem-solving & client handling

* Ability to balance creativity with practicality

* Immediate joiners preferred
