Hiring: Architect (05 Years Experience) | Noida

We are looking for a talented and motivated Architect to join our growing team in Noida. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with 05 years of experience who are passionate about design, technical excellence, and delivering high-quality architectural solutions across diverse project typologies.

Role Description :

This is a full-time, Architect role based in Noida. The Architect will be responsible for developing architectural concepts, preparing drawings and 3D visualizations, and refining designs in coordination with senior team members. Day-to-day tasks include site analysis, space planning, coordination with structural and MEP consultants, and reviewing design details for technical accuracy and constructability. The role involves preparing presentations and working drawings, assisting in material selection, and supporting project documentation throughout design and construction stages. The Architect will also participate in client meetings, incorporate feedback into design revisions, and collaborate closely with project managers and other designers to ensure timely delivery and adherence to project standards.As an Architect, you will be involved throughout the project lifecyclefrom concept development and visualization to detailed design documentation and multidisciplinary coordination. You will work closely with senior architects, consultants, and project stakeholders to develop innovative, functional, and buildable design solutions.

Qualifications :

• Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to translate client requirements into functional, aesthetic, and buildable solutions.
• Experience or familiarity with Integration between architectural design and allied disciplines (e.g., structure, services), ensuring coordinated and coherent project outputs.
• Ability to support Project Management activities, including coordination with stakeholders, tracking design deliverables, and assisting with schedules and documentation.
• Proficiency in architectural software tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar) and willingness to adopt new Software Development or digital workflows relevant to BIM and design automation.
• Bachelors degree in Architecture from a recognized institution; professional registration or eligibility for registration is an advantage.
• Strong visual, written, and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in drawings and documentation.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team, manage multiple tasks, and meet project timelines.
• Develop architectural concepts, design presentations, and 3D visualizations.
• Prepare schematic designs, design development drawings, and construction documentation.
• Conduct site analysis, space planning, and design studies.
• Coordinate with Structural, MEP, and other allied consultants to ensure integrated project delivery.
• Review design details for technical accuracy, compliance, and constructability.
• Assist in material research, selection, and project documentation.
• Participate in client meetings and incorporate feedback into design development.
• Support project execution while maintaining quality standards, timelines, and design intent.
• Knowledge of local building bylaws

Requirements :

• Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch.) from a recognized institution.
• 05 years of professional experience in architectural practice.

• Strong communication, presentation, and coordination skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team and manage multiple responsibilities.
