Role Description

• Lead the design and Space Planning of the Project majorly Corporate Fit-outs focusing on Flexibility, Functionality, Aesthetics and Budget
• Manage project from Concept to completion, Co-ordinating with the Clients, PMCs, Project Team, Consultants and the Vendors
• Develop Interior design, 3D Model, Rendered Views, Detail drawings, GFCs, Presentations, Mood boards, Construction Documents and ensure compliance with regulations
• Conduct site visits to ensure design quality and timely construction
• Guide Project team on site and Internal team for the flawless design execution and do Site Audits
• Collaborate with QS & Procurement team for Costing, Budget and Material Quantity understanding
• Co-ordinate with the vendors explaining the project requirements, Check and Approve shop drawings for the precise site executions as per the given design
• Maintain Accurate records/documentation of Client interactions, On-Site discussions and Project Updates

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Architecture, Architectural Design, and related disciplines
• Experience in Software Development and Integration for architectural projects
• Strong Project Management skills, including planning, coordination, and execution
• Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and sustainable design principles
• Proficiency in architectural design tools and software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp)
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills
• Bachelor's or Masters degree in Architecture or a related field
• Experience in residential, commercial, or corporate design projects is highly desirable
