About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Interior Designer / Architect with 12 years of experience to work on commercial, and hospitality projects. The role involves translating concepts into working drawings and supporting execution on-site.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop 2D drawings in AutoCAD (plans, elevations, sections, working drawings)
• Create 3D models in SketchUp for design visualization
• Assist in concept development, space planning, and material selection
• Prepare presentation drawings & client decks
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and site teams
• Conduct site visits and ensure drawings are executed correctly
• Work on detailing for interiors (furniture, ceilings, lighting, finishes)

Requirements

• 13 years of experience in interior design or architecture firm
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD + SketchUp (must-have)
• Basic understanding of working drawings & execution
• Good sense of design, materials, and detailing
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Strong communication and coordination skills

Good to Have (Bonus)

• Knowledge of V-Ray / Enscape / Lumion
• Experience in hospitality or residential projects
• Basic knowledge of site execution
