Architect

Location: Sector-42, Gurgaon, Haryana

Job Type: Full-time

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelors degree in Architecture (B.Arch) mandatory

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development of architectural concepts, drawings, and presentations
• Prepare detailed working drawings, 3D models, and renderings as per project requirements
• Coordinate with senior architects, consultants, and site teams for smooth project execution
• Conduct site visits to monitor work progress and ensure adherence to design specifications
• Support in client meetings and presentations, incorporating feedback into design updates
• Stay updated with materials, design trends, and building regulations

Skills & Requirements:

• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and MS Office
• Good understanding of architectural detailing, space planning, and building codes
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Attention to detail with a creative and problem-solving mindset

Work Location:

• On-site at Sector-42, Gurgaon (must be comfortable commuting to this location)

Experience:

• 03 years of professional experience in architecture or related fields
